JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Digital Creative

The Soup creative team does a lot of thinking, and we’re looking for someone new who can add to our thinking. Having said that, for our creatives, it doesn’t end with the thought; that’s where it begins, so we need someone who really understands digital and can tease an idea into being.

This is a senior role, so we’d like this person to take the lead on a range of projects. Some will be advertising, some will be interface, sometimes we even suggest stuff that isn’t digital, if that’s the right thing to do. Most of all everything has to be driven by a thought, a core bit of thinking which is then turned into something beautiful and engaging, and that first and foremost will be your job.

Essential skills:

• Professional experience in a creative/design position with some of that experience being in digital.

• Portfolio of qualifiable creative/design.

• Experience of providing a creative lead on projects or previous experience of a senior position.

• Experience of developing creative for online advertising and experience of online advertising delivery methods.

• Experience of developing conceptual approaches to interface design.

• Experience of client liaison and presentation skills.

• Some formal design education is desirable but not essential.
